Advertisements to the Selling a Bike  website will be accepted subject to the following main conditions:-

1. We reserve the right to deactivate login details should it be deemed necessary, through the placement of inappropriate, misleading, or dishonest advertisements.

2. All advertisements shall be legal, truthful and honest.

3. We reserve the right to omit any advertisement.

4. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the Business; Advertisement Disclosure Order 1977. People who seek to sell goods, through the course of business, are to make it clear by using the word Trade.

5. We are in no way to be held responsible for misinformation and untruths as to title, ownership and misrepresentation.

6. We use a secure third party to process all credit and debit card transactions offsite. We do not hold any credit or debit card details at Selling a Bike .

We reserve the right to alter these T & C's at any time. By registering as a member of this site, Selling a Bike , you agree to abide by the above Terms and Conditions at all times.
